Three vehicles in chain collision, Vung Tau gateway congested

Two trucks and a taxi were involved in a chain collision on 30 Thang 4 street, Rach Dua ward, causing traffic congestion on the morning of 28/3.

Around 7h, a truck carrying mail was traveling on 30 Thang 4 street, heading from Vung Tau city center towards national route 51. Near Rach Ba bridge, this vehicle collided with a small truck ahead, pushing it into the rear of a ride-hailing taxi. This chain collision then caused the small truck to be pushed into the concrete median.

At the scene, the two trucks had broken windshields and damaged fronts, obstructing the road. The ride-hailing taxi sustained rear damage. The accident caused no injuries. Authorities are investigating the cause.

30 Thang 4 street is a main traffic artery connecting Vung Tau city center with national route 51. It experiences heavy traffic, and some sections are narrow, making traffic conflicts common.
