Truck crashes through supermarket door in Ho Chi Minh City

A truck unexpectedly collided with a van, pushing the vehicle into a mini supermarket door in former Thu Duc City on the morning of 18/6.

Around 4 a.m., a male driver was operating a 9-ton truck on Ngo Chi Quoc street, heading from Thu Duc agricultural wholesale market towards Linh Trung export processing zone.

Upon reaching the intersection with Nguyen Thi Thich street in Tam Binh ward, the truck forcefully struck the rear of a van traveling in the same direction. The impact propelled the van onto the sidewalk, where it hit a motorbike parked in front of a mini supermarket before becoming lodged in the rolling shutter door.
