Phuoc Khanh Bridge, part of the Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway, is nearing completion. Its two towers and cable-stayed system are undergoing urgent construction, with closure expected in june after nearly 10 years of development. The project spans the Long Tau River, connecting the former Can Gio District with Dong Nai City, and represents a total investment of approximately 3,500 billion VND.
Phuoc Khanh Bridge measures nearly 3,2 km in length, including a 300 m main span. It is constructed as a two-plane cable-stayed bridge with two 155 m high towers, similar to Binh Khanh Bridge on the same Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway. The bridge deck is almost 22 m wide, featuring four lanes. Its cable-stayed system and main structure are largely complete, awaiting asphalt paving after the closure.

According to the schedule, the main bridge closure is set to take place from 15 to 20/6, marking a significant transition to the project's completion phase.
Approximately 200 workers and engineers, along with various machinery, are mobilized at the construction site, working continuously in three shifts and four crews to ensure progress. According to Le Van Khanh, the project's supervising consultant, after the closure, items such as handrails, asphalt paving, and the lighting system will be installed.
The approach roads to Phuoc Khanh Bridge await asphalt paving to connect with the expressway and Binh Khanh Bridge, located approximately 8 km away. Upon completion, the bridge will facilitate traffic flow across the entire Ben Luc - Long Thanh route, as there is no interchange between the two bridges.
