These include "most creative tourism product" at the Vietnam Tourism Awards 2025, "Asia's most inspiring brand" from the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA), and "Asia's leading entertainment resort 2025" from the World Travel Awards in September and October.
Additionally, the complex received a trio of accolades from the World Luxury Hotel Awards: "Hoi An Memories Land: Cultural Destination", "Hoi An Memories Resort & Spa: Luxury Cultural Resort & Luxury Heritage", and "Hoi An Memories Show: Art & Culture Experience".
