This includes scanning both sides to anticipate unexpected events, like the incident in the video or motorbikes suddenly appearing from side roads. Particular caution is necessary when encountering children or elderly cyclists, especially on national highways and in rural areas, as they may change direction abruptly without warning or checking their surroundings.

Beyond adhering to posted speed limits, drivers must proactively adjust their speed to prevailing traffic conditions, avoiding complacency even on clear roads.
