The motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, was speeding and swerving past cars on a slippery road. A dashcam recorded the motorcycle's speed at approximately 60 km/h. Driving safety tips: Road users should stay in their lane, avoid swerving or speeding, especially in adverse weather conditions. Meanwhile, truck drivers crossing roads must observe both sides carefully and check blind spots, only proceeding when it is safe to do so.
According to Decree 168 on road traffic violations, turning a vehicle without ensuring safety, which causes a traffic accident, results in a fine of 20-22 million VND and a deduction of 10 points from the driver's license.
