Young man crashes into bus, tumbles onto road

A young man, driving a motorbike with one hand, collided with the rear of a bus and fell onto the road on 7/8 in Cau Dien.

The traffic incident involved a young man on a motorbike moving behind a bus at an intersection. The motorbike braked abruptly several times. Afterward, the young man released one hand from the handlebars, looking down at something on the front of his bike instead of the road. Due to this lack of focus, his left mirror and handlebar scraped the side of the bus, causing him to fall onto the street. Fortunately, no other vehicles were approaching.

In a similar incident, a young man riding a motorbike one-handed while holding a phone and not watching the road, knocked over a cyclist on 30/1 in Trinh Van Bo, Ha Noi. Video: CTV

When participating in traffic, drivers must maintain focus and observe their surroundings, especially when near large vehicles like buses and trucks, which pose a high potential for injury.

Even a few seconds of momentary distraction can pose a significant risk to personal safety and that of other road users, particularly on busy roads.
