At an event held on 30/5 in TP HCM, a Thaco Auto representative stated that the company has made new progress in its plan to diversify its product range, now including Asian, European, and the American brands Jeep and Ram, which belong to the Stellantis group.

Following their collaboration to bring Peugeot to Vietnam in 2013, Thaco Auto has been further entrusted by Stellantis with the official distribution rights for Jeep and Ram, effective from 2024. The two companies also launched the Stellantis Brand House model, offering a shared experience space for the group's brands in Vietnam.

Specifically, leveraging its network of 52 showrooms nationwide, Thaco Auto will operate the first five Stellantis Brand House facilities in TP HCM, Binh Duong, and Hanoi in june. The company aims to establish 10 such facilities this year, complete with international-standard service workshops and genuine parts systems.

At the event, Thaco Auto also introduced vehicle models, including the new Peugeot 3008 and 5008 duo. These models utilize the STLA Medium chassis platform, a 1.6 turbo puretech engine, and feature a panoramic i-cockpit interior with a 21-inch curved display.

For the Jeep brand, the new Jeep Wrangler was introduced, showcasing its ability to operate across various terrains, from urban environments and highways to mountainous regions. This model features a removable roof, doors, and windshield, appealing to users who enjoy outdoor exploration and experiences.

Regarding the Ram brand, Thaco Auto unveiled the new Ram 1500, equipped with a 3-liter hurricane I6 twin-turbo engine, replacing the V8 engine found in previous versions. The vehicle features a 4x4 drivetrain with multiple driving modes and a bilstein black hawk E2 suspension system, enhancing its multi-terrain performance.

On this occasion, Thaco Auto announced promotions for customers purchasing vehicles from Peugeot, Jeep, and Ram. Those who buy a Peugeot this month will receive a 30 million VND discount. Buyers of Jeep and Ram vehicles will have the opportunity to participate in a rally journey through three countries: Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, valued at 100 million VND.

Vehicle models from these three brands come with a five-year official warranty and three years of 24/7 roadside assistance. This is complemented by additional services, including: mobility service, mobile service, and the Thaco Auto Service digital platform.
