A Vingroup representative stated that the company has extended its support period for users transitioning from gasoline and diesel vehicles to VinFast electric vehicles, citing continuous adjustments in fossil fuel prices.
The program is implemented across VinFast's four key markets: Vietnam, India, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Additionally, users of GSM's electric taxi services receive a 10% cost reduction in Vietnam, Indonesia, and Laos.

Under the program, customers transitioning from traditional gasoline and diesel motorbikes to VinFast electric vehicles will receive a 3% price reduction on electric cars and a 5% reduction on electric motorbikes. These discounts can be combined with other ongoing promotions. Specifically, when Vingroup and VinFast incentives are combined, customers will receive a 13% price reduction on the VF 8 and VF 9, and a 9% reduction on all other car models, including: the VF 3, VF 5, VF 6, VF 7, EC Van, and Green series. For electric motorbikes, the general reduction is 11% of the selling price, along with 100% support for registration fees, equivalent to 2% of the vehicle's value.
With these incentives, VinFast electric car buyers can save tens of millions of dong, depending on the model and version, with the highest savings reaching approximately 220 million dong for the VF 9 Plus. For electric motorbikes, the reduction is typically several million dong, varying by model.

Duong Thi Thu Trang, VinFast Global Deputy General Director of Sales, stated that the program, urgently launched by the group in march, provided a timely solution and motivated hundreds of thousands to switch to VinFast electric vehicles. "Extending this support offers a green transformation opportunity for many, contributing to reduced gasoline and oil consumption, and demonstrates Vingroup's social responsibility to the community," she said.
Currently, VinFast vehicle owners receive free battery charging at V-Green stations nationwide until 10/2/2029. The company also offers an installment payment policy with zero down payment. Electric cars come with a maximum 10-year warranty, while electric motorbikes have a 6-year warranty for the vehicle and an 8-year warranty for the battery.
The continuous adjustments in gasoline and oil prices, coupled with Vingroup's incentive policies, have significantly boosted sales for the group's green ecosystem. On 28/3, VinFast reached a milestone of 3,520 electric car orders in one day, equating to 2,4 vehicles rolling off the production line every minute.
