Global Gate Ha Long, spanning over 6,200 ha, represents a total investment of 456,639 billion VND, equivalent to nearly 18 billion USD.
This mega-project is strategically located next to the expressway connecting Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, and Ha Noi. Its position directly faces the depot station of the Ha Noi - Quang Ninh high-speed railway, which commenced construction on 12/4.
Vinhomes CEO Nguyen Thu Hang announced an estimated monthly fare of around 5 million VND for the first residents of Global Gate Ha Long. This price is equivalent to over 165,000 VND per day, marking the first public announcement of a high-speed rail project's fare in Vietnam.

The Ha Noi - Quang Ninh high-speed rail line is 120 km long and designed for speeds of 350 km per hour. The project includes 5 stations: Co Loa, Gia Binh, Ninh Xa, Yen Tu, and Ha Long Xanh. Expected to be completed in 2028, the line will reduce road travel time between the Capital and Quang Ninh from 2-2,5 hours to approximately 23 minutes.
Global Gate Ha Long stands as the largest project Vinhomes is currently developing. It is more than two times the size of Green Paradise Can Gio (TP HCM) and 6 times larger than the project on Vu Yen island (Hai Phong).
According to the master plan, the project will offer over 55,000 units to the market, including: apartments, condotels, shophouses, villas, and hotels. These units are designed to accommodate a population of over 244,000 people.
Beyond its residential zones, this coastal mega-city features a diverse service ecosystem, such as: a sea-view outdoor stage with over 60,000 seats, a 3,000-seat theater, and a convention center.
Billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong's company also plans to build a system of hotels, resorts, a casino, and a complex of 12 golf courses spanning 950 ha within this mega-project. A Financial Central Business District (CBD) with 30-45 story high-rises will provide nearly 2 million square meters of office space, aiming to attract multinational corporations and international experts.
