This collaboration will see Kizuna implementing Lysaght's comprehensive steel solutions for its Kizuna 5 project, which is part of the premium Kizuna Gold product line.
The integrated solution system for Kizuna 5 includes MR-24 roofing and Butler structural components. These are designed to optimize usable space, meet the diverse layout needs of businesses leasing factory space, and support stable operations. Additionally, the Lysaght Spandek wall system helps maintain the aesthetic appeal of the construction, while the Lysaght Bondek II composite steel floor system is engineered to optimize investment efficiency.

Kizuna aims to develop a Ready-Built Serviced Factory model, creating a safe, efficient, and sustainable production environment for investors. Tran Duy Vu, Deputy General Director of Kizuna JV Joint Stock Company, stated, "Implementing Lysaght's steel building solutions reflects our company's direction towards developing sustainable factories, meeting technical performance, aesthetic requirements, and investor needs. Kizuna 5 is strategically located in Can Giuoc, a gateway directly connecting to Ho Chi Minh City (TP HCM) and the Southern key economic region. The project, part of the premium Kizuna Gold serviced factory product line within the Kizuna ecosystem, is a key attraction for investment capital due to its aim to achieve international LEED Gold green building certification. With a scale of 8,5 hectares and a total investment exceeding 1.717 billion VND, the factory will provide a comprehensively planned system of workshops, offices, and warehouses, aiming for a high-standard ready-built factory model that meets the stringent requirements of both domestic and international investors.

Tran Duy Vu further stated that Kizuna 5 demonstrates the company's commitment to building a professional service ecosystem, supporting global investors in achieving their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and Net Zero goals. "Once operational, the 128.000 square meters of factory space, expected to achieve LEED Gold certification, will create jobs for over 5.000 workers, attract at least 60 international businesses, and bring in over 10.300 billion VND in industrial investment for Tay Ninh province," Vu affirmed.
Representing Lysaght, Dong Mai Lam, General Director of NS BlueScope Vietnam & NS BlueScope Lysaght Vietnam, affirmed that the technical solutions from Australia will help establish new benchmarks for leased factories. This will enhance the competitive advantage of industrial infrastructure in Tay Ninh specifically and Vietnam generally. According to Vu, Tay Ninh is a strategic area in the Southern economic region and is gradually transforming into a modern industrial and logistics hub. Kizuna's continuous investment in a high-end factory ecosystem, combined with Lysaght's international standard technical capabilities, will enhance the local competitive capacity and contribute positively to modern industrial growth.
