In 2025, the average bonus for a Long Chau pharmacist was 40 million VND, marking a 47% increase from 2024. The top earner received 127 million VND, and 93% of pharmacists saw their bonuses increase compared to the previous year.
A representative from Long Chau noted that 2025 was a challenging year for the medical sector, characterized by increased workload and demands for professional expertise and service quality. Consequently, the recognition and bonus policy was adjusted to reflect the specialized requirements and dedicated contributions of the team.

Long Chau's representative stated that throughout the past year, the company maintained stable operations, meeting the healthcare needs of millions of families from early morning to late night, even during harsh weather conditions. Pharmacies and vaccination centers operated continuously, ensuring a sufficient supply of medicines, healthcare products, and preventive services. The company also provided timely emergency support for numerous patients experiencing strokes, children choking on foreign objects, and anaphylactic shock cases.
"Behind this is the effort of the entire team. There were Tet holidays spent away from home, and special shifts during peak epidemic days. Long Chau staff consistently ensured that every prescription was carefully advised, and every injection was safely administered," a company representative said.

In 2025, Long Chau also made its mark with the "Long Chau se chia" (Long Chau Sharing) program, organizing over 170 free health screening and consultation events in various provinces and cities nationwide. Doctors, pharmacists, and medical personnel collectively provided care for nearly 30,000 people. The company launched the "Xuat xu minh bach - Vi mot Viet Nam khoe manh" (Transparent Origin - For a Healthy Vietnam) campaign, allowing customers to directly check product information and documentation at pharmacies and on digital platforms. They also collaborated with the National Institute for Food Control for double-checking input quality.
Additionally, the unit's specialists traveled to flood-affected areas, delivering nearly 10 tons of medicine and essential medical supplies to support residents. A representative recounted, "There were times when pharmacies were deeply submerged, and pharmacists had to wade through water, quickly packing medicines to higher ground to minimize damage. We view each pharmacy as a health anchor, contributing to peace of mind for people during stormy days."

Beyond work effectiveness, Tet bonuses were structured and evaluated based on employees' dedication to customer service and their sense of community responsibility. The company stated that this year's increased Tet bonus reflects the system's commitment, demonstrating that sacrifice and dedication are always recognized.

In addition to the Tet bonus, Long Chau invested over 200 billion VND in various reward, recognition, and welfare programs for its employees throughout the past year. The enterprise views this as an integral part of its sustainable development strategy.

Meanwhile, FPT Shop, another entity within FPT Retail, also reported higher Tet bonuses compared to the previous year.
