PAV Haulage is scheduled to move into the 8,730 square meter LG94 warehouse in Quarter I/2026, under a 20-year lease. This project includes plans to expand onto an adjacent plot of land.
Once expanded, the facility will feature a large heavy goods vehicle (HGV) parking area, supporting PAV Haulage's business growth strategy by establishing its primary warehouse hub at London Gateway.
The LG94 warehouse holds EPC A-grade and BREEAM Excellent certifications. It also features a rooftop solar power system, providing PAV Haulage with renewable energy throughout its lease.

This confidence stems from its strategic proximity to the capital, connectivity to three transport modes, and adaptable planning framework.
Currently, over 50% of the London Gateway Logistics Park has been developed and occupied. DP World aims to continue fostering a robust logistics ecosystem, promoting business growth, creating new employment opportunities, and enhancing the resilience of the UK's supply chain.
