Vinachem records growth in 2025

Vinachem concluded 2025 with breakthrough revenue and profit, achieving its 2021-2025 phase goals ahead of schedule.

On the morning of 29/12, Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) held its "Conference to review 2025 operations and deploy 2026 tasks". In 2025, the group achieved all planned targets, reaching its highest performance ever.

Specifically, industrial production value reached an estimated 61,381 billion VND, a 10,3% increase compared to 2024, exceeding the annual plan by 100,3%, and marking the highest in its history. Consolidated revenue increased by about 8%, while the group's overall profit surged by 73% compared to the previous year. Vinachem maintained stable employment and income for nearly 20,000 employees, with an average salary of 16,65 million VND per person per month, an 8% increase from 2024. Notably, the group eliminated all accumulated losses, finishing 6 months ahead of schedule and surpassing all targets for the 2021-2025 five-year phase.

Vinachem's integration and export activities also showed positive signs last year. With expanded international cooperation, the enterprise made significant progress in implementing the potassium salt mining and processing project in Laos – a key overseas project.

Notably, in 2025, Vinachem launched the "Green and Digital Transformation of the Chemical Industry" program, focusing on sustainable and modern development. The group debuted a range of Vinachem-branded consumer products and inaugurated VinachemMart, the first specialized e-commerce platform for Vietnam's chemical industry. This contributes to promoting brand development and implementing the "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" campaign.

Concurrently, the enterprise boldly invested in researching high-tech, future-oriented fields such as producing pure chemicals for the electronics, semiconductor, and energy storage battery industries, serving the electric vehicle sector.

Mr. Phung Quang Hiep, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Member Council of Vietnam National Chemical Group, committed to successfully achieving 2026 goals. *Vinachem*

Vinachem identifies innovation, digital transformation, and green development as strategic pillars for 2026. Accordingly, the group will boost research into high-tech products for key industries, expand the VinachemMart e-commerce platform, and complete data infrastructure for management. At the same time, the unit will implement synchronized solutions for energy saving, emission reduction, and circular economy development, aiming for a green, sustainable growth model aligned with government directives.

In the domestic market, Vinachem aims to expand its market share in fertilizers and plant protection products, diversify consumer products such as: high-end cosmetics, and increase the proportion of revenue from e-commerce channels. These directions are expected to help Vinachem enhance business efficiency and contribute positively to the nation's economic development.

Vinachem's leadership expressed its determination for the 2026 tasks, committing to uphold the fine traditions accumulated over more than half a century of establishment and growth, continuously striving for new achievements, and contributing to the successful realization of the nation's socio-economic goals.

"The group is determined to concretize the above directions into practical, synchronized action programs and solutions, striving to successfully complete the 2026 goals and tasks, creating a solid foundation for the 2026-2030 development phase", affirmed Phung Quang Hiep, Chairman of the Member Council.
