SJ Group Joint Stock Company (stock code SJS) reported a post-tax profit of 363 billion dong in 2025, according to its financial report audited by Ernst & Young. The post-tax profit margin on revenue reached 48.2%. The company focused on strengthening asset quality.
By the end of 2025, accumulated undistributed post-tax profit (consolidated) exceeded 365.3 billion dong. Based on this, SJ Group plans to propose a 10% stock dividend to shareholders at the General Shareholder Meeting on 23/4. The company also intends to increase its charter capital from nearly 2.975 billion dong to over 5.272 billion dong to implement key projects.

In 2025, SJ Group accelerated the progress of key projects. At the Vista Nam An Khanh urban area, the company completed renovations on 41 units in the Vista Palma subdivision while constructing over 200 villas and townhouses in the Vista Serena and Vista Garden subdivisions.
The internal traffic infrastructure system, including roads, sidewalks, and lighting, in routes I, A1B, and the Vista Garden area (stage 1), was completed. The company also expanded An Thinh route A2 to 36 meters and planned route LK8 as a 50-meter-wide green boulevard. The VICC convention center became operational, and the electrical system was handed over to EVN.

Regarding landscaping, SJ Group planted over 9.200 new trees, built the Ecopath walking trail, and installed signboards and billboards throughout the urban area.
In terms of planning, the company signed a contract with SOM to review and adjust the 1:500 planning, and propose architectural plans for the high-rise buildings HH5, CT3, CT4 at the project center. The entity also collaborated with Perkins Eastman on urban project planning in Tien Xuan.

For the Van La project, the developer announced that the Hanoi People's Committee approved a partial adjustment to the 1:500 detailed planning and completed the undergrounding of the 110 kV power line. Additionally, the Ngoc Vung, Hoa Hai (Da Nang), and Thinh Lang (Phu Tho) projects completed major legal procedures. The commercial leasing segment in the My Dinh - Me Tri area continued to generate revenue.

This year, SJ Group aims to complete the Vista Serena and Vista Garden subdivisions and launch the La Vista subdivision within the Vista Nam An Khanh urban area. The company plans to plant an additional 10.000 trees, develop a nursery system, and operationalize amenities such as parking lots, the CX100 sports complex, and commercial services.
SJ Group was listed on HOSE under the stock code SJS in 2006. Unlike many new entrants, the company inherits a legacy of over 24 years of development. The company owns a strategic land bank, including the Vista Nam An Khanh urban area in western Hanoi, Van La (Ha Dong), Thinh Lang (Phu Tho), and Tien Xuan (Yen Xuan), totaling 1.200 hectares.
