Long Chau representatives, alongside numerous healthcare agencies, attended the "2025 National Pediatric Steering Conference" in mid-December. The Central Children's Hospital organized this event. Professor Doctor Tran Minh Dien, Director of the Central Children's Hospital and President of the Vietnam Pediatric Association, noted that the healthcare system, particularly the pediatric sector, is adapting. This adjustment addresses swift changes in disease patterns, demographic trends, and the demand for equitable, effective, and sustainable healthcare development.
"This reality requires pediatric sector leadership to transform from mere technical support to a comprehensive system management approach," Professor Tran Minh Dien emphasized.

During the conference, delegates shared practical experiences and proposed solutions to strengthen system capacity. The organizing committee agreed on a decentralized management plan. This aims to reduce the burden on higher-level facilities and enable child patients to access services conveniently at the local level, especially for managing chronic diseases and developmental disorders.
Long Chau also updated its key orientations for infectious disease prevention guidance and enhanced care for child patients, particularly newborns, for the 2026-2030 period.

In the coming period, Long Chau will enhance training to improve counseling, care, and emergency response capabilities for over 20,000 pharmacists, doctors, and nurses. According to a company representative, this is a strategic, long-term, and important step, especially as infectious diseases, pediatric emergencies, and common chronic conditions in children are on the rise.
To realize its mission "for a healthy Vietnam", Long Chau committed to a people-centered approach. This aligns with the spirit of Resolution 72-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Resolution 282-NQ/CP of the Government.
