Origin ceramic teeth are crafted from nano-restructured zirconia, a material generation evolved from traditional zirconia. This advanced material features controlled particle structure, optimizing stability. Its average particle size, approximately 200-300 nanometers, is significantly smaller than older polycrystalline zirconia.
According to research published in the U.S. National Library of Medicine, the nano structure enhances grain boundary area, improving the internal cohesion of the crystal lattice. This allows the material to achieve high flexural strength, good fracture resistance, and effective control over micro-crack propagation during biting and chewing.
Consequently, leveraging nano zirconia technology, Origin ceramic teeth achieve a flexural strength of approximately 1,250 MPa, placing them among the highest in current all-ceramic restoration options. This product ensures stable use for both anterior teeth, which demand high aesthetics, and posterior teeth, which withstand significant chewing forces, as well as for full arch restorations.

Furthermore, Origin achieves a balance between translucency and flexural strength, a significant challenge for modern zirconia materials. The ceramic teeth feature high translucency and a palette of up to 16 natural shades, allowing restorations to blend seamlessly with natural teeth, particularly effective at the gum margin. Its metal-free structure also reduces the risk of black gum lines and supports soft tissue stability, making it suitable for high-aesthetic, long-lasting porcelain veneer applications.
Another notable feature of Origin is its bio-inert nature; it resists corrosion in the acidic oral environment and exhibits excellent compatibility with surrounding soft tissues. This minimizes the risk of gum irritation, gingivitis, and bacterial infiltration in the restored area. Additionally, thanks to its low thermal conductivity, Origin ceramic teeth help reduce sensitivity when exposed to hot and cold foods, contributing to a stable, natural chewing experience for users.
