Pharmacity launches dedicated mother and baby corner

Pharmacity pharmacy system introduces "mother and baby corner" to comprehensively meet the healthcare needs of women and children, starting August 22.

Pharmacity has launched its "mother and baby corner" across its pharmacy network, attracting thousands of customers to experience the new space and specialized products. This initiative marks a strategic step for Pharmacity, focusing on tailored solutions for specific customer groups.

The healthcare needs of young families are evolving, a Pharmacity representative stated. Parents now focus on children's health beyond illness, including daily nutrition, hygiene, and suitable developmental environments. Mothers also require continuous care from pregnancy through postpartum and child-rearing.

In response, Pharmacity designed the "mother and baby corner" as a specialized space. It serves as a comprehensive destination supporting mothers and babies throughout their journey, offering easy access to products for daily health and life. Beyond medicines and health supplements, the area provides essential childcare items: milk, diapers, hygiene, and skin care products.

This "mother and baby corner" expands Pharmacity's role from a pharmacy chain into a healthcare ecosystem for Vietnamese people. The system utilizes its 1,100 pharmacies nationwide, bringing mother and baby care solutions closer to communities.

Deepanshu Madan, general director of Pharmacity, stated: "The new service aims to make the mother and baby healthcare journey more convenient and scientific." The company expects this model to save parents time and provide peace of mind in daily family healthcare, delivering practical, lasting value to customers.

Following the dedicated mother and baby space, Pharmacity plans to expand healthcare solutions for different target groups and life stages.

Deepanshu Madan noted that each life stage and customer group has distinct healthcare needs. Pharmacity's leadership aims for personalized system development, creating solutions tailored to each individual, need, and moment in their health journey. "'The mother and baby corner' is a beginning, and we will continue to invest so that every person, at any stage of life, can find suitable, convenient, and reliable healthcare support solutions at Pharmacity," Madan shared.

With a customer-centric approach, Pharmacity continually expands its product and service categories to meet diverse needs across all ages. The company seeks to build an accessible pharmacy system, a trusted destination for every family's proactive healthcare journey.
