For its contributions to developing digital healthcare utilities, the Long Chau pharmacy system and vaccination centers recently received a commendation from the Minister of Public Security for "Outstanding and sudden achievements in implementing Scheme 06 for the 2022-2025 period". On this occasion, the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of FPT Long Chau also received individual commendations for their contributions and innovative spirit in collaborating with the enterprise to implement Scheme 06.
Scheme 06 is the abbreviated name for the Scheme on Developing Applications of Population Data, Identification, and Electronic Authentication for National Digital Transformation during the 2022-2025 period, with a vision to 2030, approved by the Prime Minister. The scheme is one of the key programs promoting national digital transformation, aiming to build a digital government, digital economy, and digital society. The participation of healthcare units with modern technology platforms contributes to completing the digital ecosystem for public health prevention and care, ensuring people easily access safe, modern, and smart healthcare services. These units, including Long Chau, have helped bring digital healthcare closer to the public, as well as popularize digital skills and digital culture in society.
Long Chau is one of the first healthcare units integrated into VNeID, applying residential data to serve the public through family accounts. Implementing these utilities on VNeID provides people with safe online medicine purchasing services, convenient and secure tracking of medical examination history, prescriptions, and medicine purchase history. This step also contributes to linking residential data and building electronic health records, ensuring data is "accurate, complete, clean, and live" to support long-term health management and care for the public.

Alongside efforts to implement Scheme 06 in the new phase, since April, Long Chau has partnered with the Administrative Management Police Department for Social Order (C06) and Ho Chi Minh City Police to deploy the "Digital Citizen Station" model in residential areas. Based on the national electronic identification and authentication platform (VNeID), the "Digital Citizen Station" brings public services, digital healthcare, and various citizen utilities closer to the public, enhancing service quality and building digital governance at the grassroots level.
The Long Chau pharmacy and vaccination system was chosen to operate healthcare utilities at these stations due to its extensive network, modern technology platform meeting information security standards, and its trusted brand by millions of people over many years. The unit's contribution helps complete the public-private service ecosystem at the grassroots level, bringing practical services "close to the people, serving the people".
On 11/5, the Government issued a Decision approving the Scheme 06 Program for the 2026-2030 period, marking a transformation in national digital conversion. The "Digital Citizen Station" solution is being researched for expansion at public locations, administrative agencies, and service centers, aiming for nationwide implementation from 1/2027. Experts believe that socializing this model with the participation of enterprises like Long Chau not only optimizes resources but also facilitates the rapid application of advanced technology solutions in practice to serve the public.
Long Chau's representative affirmed that the unit will continue to play a leading role, actively accompanying the Government, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Health, and other ministries, sectors, and localities in implementing Scheme 06 during the 2026-2030 period. The enterprise commits to mobilizing its maximum capacity in network systems, AI Agent, data infrastructure, and medical expertise to participate in national programs, deploy digital healthcare models, and improve community care and service.
