At the booth, Chef Chia-Mo Chen, one of Taiwan's top four chefs, personally prepared creative dishes using the company's ingredients. Having a chef responsible for state banquets demonstrate helped visitors discover new flavor combinations and elevated the perception of frozen foods to gourmet dishes.
The main attraction at this year's booth is the Hoang Kim Fish Balls product line. A brand representative stated that this product represents a deep processing investment strategy aimed at enhancing the value of Vietnam's seafood raw materials. Vedan produces these fish balls from selected high-content marine surimi, combined with modern individual quick freezing (IQF) technology. This technology helps the fish balls retain their freshness, natural chewy-crisp texture, and maintain a smooth surface without wrinkling after frying. Currently, this product line offers three types of fillings: salted egg, mushroom, and cheese, suitable for diverse customer preferences.
