Early this morning, after a fishing trip, the boat was heading towards Bai Phu in Trieu Duong village to sell its catch. Approximately 2 km from shore, the vessel suddenly tilted, and seawater rapidly flooded the compartment.
The crew attempted to pump out the water, but it was too late. The boat capsized, and 9 people jumped out, subsequently being rescued safely. Xuan became trapped inside.
Some nearby fishermen rushed to assist, diving to search for the victim, but without success so far.
