The National Assembly will discuss, hear explanation reports, and revise the draft resolution before officially voting on its adoption via an electronic system.

Immediately after the voting results are announced, the new 16th National Assembly chairman will perform an oath-taking ceremony and deliver an inaugural speech before the National Assembly and the nation's people and voters.

Earlier, immediately after the opening session, the National Assembly convened a private meeting to conduct personnel procedures for the 16th National Assembly leadership. The 15th National Assembly Standing Committee submitted to the National Assembly for consideration the number of members for the 16th National Assembly Standing Committee. After discussions and incorporating delegates' opinions, the National Assembly voted to approve the Resolution on the number of members for the new National Assembly Standing Committee using an electronic system.

The 15th National Assembly Standing Committee also presented a nomination list for the National Assembly to elect the National Assembly chairman, vice chairmen, and members of the 16th National Assembly Standing Committee. The National Assembly discussed and voted to approve this list before establishing the Vote Counting Committee.

Delegates then proceeded to elect the National Assembly chairman by secret ballot.
