Fire breaks out at food company office in Nha Trang

An office belonging to a food company in Bac Nha Trang ward caught fire, destroying numerous documents and equipment, on the afternoon of 1/2.

The blaze erupted around 11 h at the approximately 70 m2 office, situated in a residential area on Cu Chi street. With no staff present due to the weekend, the fire spread rapidly. The office's contents, mainly equipment, computers, and flammable documents, fueled the quick spread, generating thick smoke and explosions.

Upon discovering the fire, nearby residents raised the alarm. They moved some of their household belongings to prevent damage and helped drive a truck, parked within the company premises, to safety.

The Khanh Hoa Provincial Police Fire Prevention and Fighting Department dispatched three specialized vehicles and dozens of officers to the scene. Firefighters used high-pressure hoses to extinguish the flames.
