On 15/3, over 3,400 voters exercised their right to vote at polling station 32, located at Military Central Hospital 108 in Hai Ba Trung ward, Hanoi. Former Vice President Nguyen Thi Binh also participated, voting alongside other citizens working, receiving treatment, or employed at the hospital.
Despite her declining health, she dedicated time to researching and deliberating before selecting candidates. Having been involved in National Assembly elections since the first legislative term, she expressed hope that this election would choose truly high-quality, capable, and responsible representatives to contribute to national development.

Lieutenant General Le Huu Song, Director of Military Central Hospital 108, stated that the hospital fully prepared facilities, personnel, and necessary conditions to organize the voting in accordance with regulations. Local Party committees and authorities guided the preparations, which were also coordinated by election-related organizations.
In addition to the central polling station, the hospital arranged mobile ballot boxes to reach each patient room, serving registered voters unable to move. Many veteran officials and elderly individuals receiving treatment at the hospital still directly participated in voting.
After the voting period concluded, the election committee counted votes, prepared minutes, and handed over documents and ballot boxes to the Hai Ba Trung Ward Election Committee as stipulated.

Nguyen Thi Binh, whose birth name is Nguyen Thi Chau Sa, originally from the former Quang Nam province, joined revolutionary activities at 18. In late 1968, she traveled to Paris to participate in a conference discussing ending the war and restoring peace in Vietnam as a representative of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam.
After the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam was established in June 1969, she served as Minister of Foreign Affairs and chief negotiator at the Paris Conference. The Paris Peace Accords on Ending the War and Restoring Peace in Vietnam were signed on 27/1/1973, with her being the only woman to sign this historic document.
Subsequently, she continued to lobby over 20 nations to recognize the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam, contributing to expanding diplomatic relations and laying the groundwork for national reunification in 1975.
