The project spans an area of 1,42 ha and includes main components such as a plaza and a park. The plaza, covering over 5.000 m2, will feature granite paving, green spaces, lighting systems, and integrated water supply and drainage infrastructure. A sea embankment, approximately 190 m long, constructed with prestressed concrete piles, will also be built in this area to protect the structures.
The park, spanning over 3.400 m2, is divided into two functional zones. The first zone will house a service building combined with restrooms, a parking lot, a resting area, paved grounds, and lawns. The remaining zone will be an outdoor activity space with paved grounds, a parking lot, trees, and landscape lighting.

Additionally, the city is investing in integrated technical infrastructure, including internal road systems with cement concrete surfaces, and granite-paved sidewalks with accessibility for people with disabilities. Domestic water supply and fire fighting systems will be connected to the existing network, alongside separate stormwater and wastewater drainage lines. The lighting infrastructure will utilize energy-saving lights, and conduit systems will be pre-installed for future telecommunications services.
Site clearance will be carried out over an area of 14,48 ha in the central and surrounding land parcels. This ensures integrated infrastructure connectivity and fosters socio-economic development for the Thuan An coastal region.

Thuan An beach, located approximately 13 km from Hue City center, has long been regarded as one of the local beautiful beaches, known for its clear blue waters and spacious environment. However, for many years, the area has not fully realized its potential due to limitations in technical transport infrastructure and a lack of public spaces for tourism.
To guide urban development towards the sea, Hue City authorities have initiated several key projects. The coastal road passing through Thuan An beach is a significant highlight, notably featuring the Thuan An estuary bridge, which spans over 2,36 km and is expected to open to traffic around 30/4.
Upon completion, the technical infrastructure and multi-functional cultural park project in the Thuan An beach area will gradually shape the coastal urban landscape. These projects are expected to expand Hue's urban space, foster marine economic development, and enhance tourism and services, positioning Thuan An beach as an attractive destination in the future.
