The affected area was situated behind the maintenance line, near where dozens of cars were on display. Fearing the fire's spread, several employees promptly drove vehicles parked close to the scene to safety.
Ms. Lan, 60 years old, who lives next to the showroom, stated that when the fire broke out, there were numerous loud explosions accompanied by the distinct smell of gasoline and oil. "I saw three people overseeing the store run out amidst thick smoke, then the fire flared up very quickly," she said.
