Lexus driver causes multi-vehicle crash on Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway

A Lexus driver blocked another vehicle on the Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway, leading to a chain collision that injured two people.

Two people were injured and three vehicles were severely damaged in a multi-vehicle accident on the Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway on 15/9. The incident occurred around 13:30 at kilometer 201, within An Duyen hamlet, Phu Xuyen commune, Ha Noi City.

The accident began when a Hanoi-plated Lexus driver swerved erratically in front of a passenger car. The Lexus driver then abruptly stopped the car directly in the lane next to the median – the fastest lane – to obstruct and force the passenger car to stop.
