Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh received a 45-year party membership badge. Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son was awarded a 40-year party membership badge, and Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc received a 30-year party membership badge.
General Secretary To Lam affirmed that these esteemed awards recognize the dedication, training, and contributions of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Phan Dinh Trac, and the Deputy Prime Ministers to the revolutionary cause, the Party, and the people.
According to General Secretary To Lam, the military exploit orders acknowledge the outstanding achievements and exceptional contributions of these officials during their service in the Public Security force. They also recognize their efforts in safeguarding political security and social order in their leadership roles within the Party and the State.
The 45-year, 40-year, and 30-year party membership badges mark the enduring commitment, training, and dedication of these Party members to the Party's ideals, serving the nation and its people.

General Secretary To Lam emphasized that these awards underscore the image of Party members who are unwavering in their ideals, exemplary in ethics, diligent in work, and connected to the people. The honored officials have matured through various environments, positions, and challenges, demonstrating strong political acumen, high responsibility, innovative thinking, and decisive action.
The Party leader stated that these officials, alongside the collective leadership of the Party, the State, the Government, and the political system, have maintained stability, strengthened trust, fostered development, and enhanced the nation's standing on the international stage. Speaking at the ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh noted that throughout his career in various positions, he has always received education and training from the Party, support from comrades, and backing from the people.
