On 22/4, Nguyen Thanh Ha, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, announced that the construction of the Truong Sa Museum will commence to mark the 51st anniversary of national reunification (30/4/1975-30/4/2026). The project is 100% funded by a private enterprise and will be handed over to the province for management upon completion.

The museum will be built on a 1,71-hectare plot of land in Cam Lam commune. Its eastern side borders Cam Ranh Bay, while the western side adjoins the Gac Ma Soldiers Memorial and Nguyen Tat Thanh road. Tourist areas flank the remaining two sides.
The facility will feature a floor area of 3,873 square meters, comprising three above-ground floors and one basement. Its architecture includes three branches extending from the mainland towards Truong Sa, utilizing red concrete bricks and coral patterns. This design aims to reenact historical narratives and honor the national spirit.
The central block's design is fluid and curvilinear, drawing inspiration from the local terrain and spatial flow.
