At approximately 17h20, Nguyen Thi Nhat Le, 27, from Vinh Huong residential group, Phong Thai ward, was operating a motorcycle on provincial road 17B. She was carrying her two daughters, Le Thi Phuong Uyen, 10, and Le Thi Phuong Chi, 7.

The collision occurred in Phong Thai commune when Le's motorcycle struck a tractor carrying acacia. Le Van Sinh, 30, from Phuong Hop residential group, Phong Thai ward, was driving the tractor. Le and her two daughters were thrown onto the road. All three were transported to Hue Central Hospital, Facility 2. Sadly, Uyen and Chi succumbed to their severe injuries.

The accident site is a two-lane road equipped with streetlights, though their illumination was dim. Police are currently investigating the incident's cause.
