In early August, Dong Nai Number 1 Civil and Industrial Construction Joint Stock Company began dismantling structures deemed illegally built on 22,000 m2 of prime real estate. This action comes six years after multiple land and construction violations were discovered.
The land, publicly owned and located in Tam Hiep ward, was originally leased to the company by the government.

Demolition began with the wedding and banquet center in Zone C. Workers removed ceilings, electrical systems, and air conditioners before dismantling the reinforced concrete structure.
The complex, comprising Zones A, B, and C, had a total investment of 680 billion VND. Construction was planned from 2016 to 2022. Zone A, a four-story convention center with a basement and a construction area of approximately 3,500 m2, had been in operation for two years.

In 2018, the former Bien Hoa City People's Committee (UBND) issued administrative penalties for Zones A and B totaling 80 million VND. The developer was ordered to demolish the structures if building permits were not produced within 60 days.
Bien Hoa authorities subsequently issued a mandatory demolition order for Zones A and B. However, the structures remained until now.

Located on Dong Khoi street, this prime real estate in Dong Nai housed an event center, wedding venue, offices, and apartments. Authorities determined the company misused the land, which was leased for offices and workshops, by constructing the project without permission to change the land use purpose. Zone B, a five-story commercial center with a basement, was under construction in 2017 when authorities discovered the first floor, covering over 4,300 m2, lacked the necessary permits. Construction was halted.
Currently, the developer has deployed cranes and dozens of workers to dismantle Zone B's foundation, returning the site to its original condition.
