VNVC expands vaccination utilities on mobile application

The VNVC vaccination system launched new utilities, including "golden health wallet" and "electronic vaccination record," on its VNVC mobile app in january.

On 26/1, VNVC introduced the "Golden Health Wallet," a new feature on its mobile application. This wallet serves as a centralized location for storing and managing discount codes, vouchers, gifts, and healthcare benefits. Additionally, the application will host events and online consultations, allowing users to participate and accumulate more discount codes.

The wallet also enables users to share and gift offers, encouraging healthy habits within families and communities. Eligible offers are directly deducted from vaccination bills at VNVC. This makes it easier for people to access healthcare benefits and reduces vaccination costs.

Before this, on 1/1, the unit launched the Electronic Vaccination Record, which helps people manage their vaccination history and supports post-vaccination monitoring for themselves and their families directly on their phones, eliminating reliance on physical booklets.

According to a VNVC representative, these two new utilities represent an important step in the company's comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, aiming to improve community healthcare quality.

The transition to a digital application offers many conveniences, such as: no worries about losing records, forgetting, or missing vaccination appointments. Vaccination history is stored long-term and synchronized across the entire VNVC system. The system is also implementing online check-in and digital signature-enabled PDF extraction of vaccination records, which helps prove vaccination history quickly and accurately. This utility also reduces paperwork, such as vaccination slips, invoices, and printed documents, speeding up the service process while ensuring people have all necessary information.

"Applying technology in vaccination helps increase full vaccination rates and better protects at-risk groups," said Tran Nguyen Cong Nguyen, Chief Operating Officer of VNVC.

The VNVC Vaccination System has nearly 260 centers nationwide, serving tens of millions of customers annually. VNVC's goal is to provide safe, modern, and environmentally friendly vaccination services, contributing to building a community that proactively prevents disease and develops sustainably.

The VNVC Mobile App was launched in June 2023 and has since recorded nearly one million downloads. 80% of users regularly check vaccination history, receive information, and online offers.

VNVC is currently applying many flexible offers tailored to individual needs, helping people reduce vaccination costs. Support packages focus on children, the elderly, those with underlying conditions, and families receiving multiple types of vaccines.

During Lunar New Year 2026, VNVC will offer a New Year lucky money program on its Mobile App. Users can participate in a lucky draw game to receive diverse offers ranging from vaccinations, shopping, and health check-ups to partner products.
