Nearly 30% discount on Da Nang fireworks tickets when purchased with Visa

Tourists booking tickets for the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2026 and Sun World online will receive cumulative discounts of up to nearly 30% when paying with a Visa card.

The Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2026, recognized by Travel + Leisure magazine as one of the top 9 must-visit festivals globally, is set to commence on 30/5. To assist visitors in optimizing their budgets and travel plans, Sun Group has collaborated with Visa to introduce a "double discount" policy.

Specifically, from now until 11/7, visitors purchasing DIFF tickets via the booking.sunworld.vn website or the Sun Paradise Land application will receive an immediate 20% discount. An additional 10% off, up to 500.000 VND, will be applied if payment is made using a Visa card. This results in a cumulative discount of nearly 30% for cardholders compared to the original price.

This discount policy also extends to Sun World services. Beyond the 5% online ticket discount, visitors will receive an additional 10% off, up to 500.000 VND, when using a Visa payment method.

The DIFF 2026 season, themed "Da Nang - United Horizons - Connecting Horizons," features significant changes in scale. This year, the festival brings together 10 "All-Star" fireworks teams from 8 countries and territories. Four teams are making their debut, promising the most dramatic competitions to date. The opening night will feature a display between the host team, Da Nang (Vietnam), and the reigning DIFF 2025 champion, Jiangxi Yangfeng Art Display from Trung Quoc.

The organizing committee has enhanced the stage this year, expanding its width to 100 m and its floor area to nearly 1.200 m2. The grandstand can accommodate approximately 10.000 spectators. A central lift-and-lower arch system, measuring over 40 m wide and more than 10 m high, incorporates modern technology for flexible movement in under 70 seconds.

Notably, DIFF 2026 is set to elevate the audience experience beyond a simple visual display. For the first time, visitors can create unique "digital gifts" using the Sun Paradise Land application. This app, integrated with AI technology, allows guests to design digital stamps and e-postcards with personalized messages, enabling them to quickly share fireworks moments with loved ones.

"With substantial investment in performance technology and demand-stimulating policies from Visa, DIFF 2026 is poised to be a highly anticipated season," stated a Sun Group representative.

Beyond the fireworks displays, visitors to Da Nang this summer can explore additional attractions at Sun World Ba Na Hills. The resort will host the Festival of the Sun 2026, offering an immersive space for art, culinary experiences, and craft beer. Additionally, Lumiere Light Art, an interactive light art installation utilizing advanced optoelectronic sensor technology, will be featured. Here, every step or touch by a visitor can transform into dynamic, living artworks.
