The Digital Asset Popularization 2026 program, themed "Crypto Asset Arena", launched on 30/6 in TP HCM. VIFC Academy, part of the Vietnam International Finance Center in TP HCM, collaborated with VBI Academy to organize the event. Scheduled for two months, July-August, the program aims to disseminate knowledge about blockchain, digital assets, and the digital economy through a learn-practice-reward model. The total prize value exceeds 1.6 billion VND.
Each participant receives one billion VND in simulated capital. This allows them to familiarize themselves with placing orders and monitoring price fluctuations on the simulation platform provided by Sacom Crypto Asset Exchange Joint Stock Company (SCEX). SCEX is currently undergoing assessment for a license to operate a crypto asset exchange.
The simulation platform's price data mirrors the performance of major global crypto asset exchanges, while the unit of account is the Vietnamese dong. This approach creates an experience aligned with the domestic market's orientation. All balances, orders, and results displayed on the platform are purely simulated and do not represent actual crypto asset transactions.
The platform also simulates transaction-related obligations, helping users grasp basic concepts before entering the real market. By not using real money, the program aims to provide a practical environment where users do not face direct financial risks. Investors also gain broader insights into blockchain, digital assets, data, digital ownership, risk management, and new value models emerging in the digital economy.

According to SCEX, data collected during operations helps the company assess user behavior and needs. User transaction actions, interface feedback, and feature suggestions serve as a basis for the product team to refine the platform.
The testing process not only serves knowledge popularization but also supports SCEX in improving its technology infrastructure and user experience. The company stated it will continue to review the interface, features, and operational procedures before the domestic digital asset market officially commences.
In addition to the simulation platform, SCEX is implementing initiatives related to technology infrastructure, multi-layered asset custody, and user education. The company identifies these activities as preparatory steps for fostering a community of investors who possess knowledge and the ability to identify risks.
The organizing unit stated that the participation of over 41,000 accounts indicates significant demand for digital asset knowledge in Vietnam. During a period when the market is finalizing its operational framework, simulation programs can help users access knowledge, test operations, and evaluate suitability before making actual investment decisions.
The simulated trading program is currently still open for registration. Participants can practice on the platform, accumulate points, and track their rankings throughout the program.

All balances, orders, values, and transaction results are simulated and do not create rights, obligations, or crypto asset transaction relationships between participants and SCEX.
