Under the cooperation agreement, VinFast will partner with institutions such as University of Transport and Communications, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Hanoi University of Industry, and Hung Yen University of Technology and Education to implement a dual training model, emphasizing "learn by doing, experiment in practice." The shared goal is to build a strong human resource foundation for the national electric vehicle industry.
To ensure synchronized and consistent teaching from theory to practice, VinFast is sponsoring each school with two electric vehicles, along with practical equipment and an official repair technical training curriculum. The company is also implementing a "train-the-trainer" program for lecturers to update them on the latest battery technology, powertrain systems, and diagnostic software.

As part of the cooperation, VinFast will support the schools in developing and integrating the "basic VinFast electric vehicle repair techniques" module into their formal training programs (either mandatory or elective). Students will regularly practice the training content on actual vehicles, thereby mastering theoretical knowledge and gaining practical skills while still in school, reducing the gap between academic training and the real-world demands of businesses.
Additionally, VinFast will support participating schools by providing internship and apprenticeship positions at the company's service centers and factories. VinFast will prioritize recruiting outstanding students from the cooperative training program after graduation. They will also be given opportunities to participate in competitions, research projects, and initiatives related to electric vehicle technology.

Ms. Duong Thi Thu Trang, Deputy General Director of Global Automotive Sales at VinFast, shared that through cooperation with 30 leading universities and colleges in automotive engineering, the company aims to create a comprehensive training ecosystem where students can access advanced electric vehicle technologies directly from the classroom.
"Beyond meeting the daily growing demand in the domestic market, this cooperative training also allows VinFast to jointly build a solid foundation for the development of Vietnam's electric vehicle industry by fostering a new generation of skilled engineers," she added.
Following the signing of this cooperation, the participating institutions can open up career opportunities for tens of thousands of engineering students nationwide. VinFast's production facilities and after-sales service centers can also gain a new generation of well-trained, professional engineers, further enhancing the service standards and quality of the Vietnamese automotive brand.
