The multi-vehicle accident occurred around 7 PM on 13/4 on Doan Ke Thien street, Phu Dien ward. A 4-seater car with Hanoi plates, traveling towards Tran Vy street, first struck one man sitting on a parked motorcycle in front of house number 52 Doan Ke Thien. The car continued, hitting another woman on a motorcycle, then collided with the rear of a truck moving in the same direction. It then swerved into the oncoming lane and crashed into a different car.

Following the collisions, the female driver was observed slumped over the steering wheel for about 20 minutes, showing unusual behavior. Residents quickly chocked the vehicle's wheels to prevent further movement. Traffic Police Team No. 6, from the Hanoi Police Traffic Police Department, arrived to manage the situation. They took the female driver for alcohol and drug testing, and the cause of the incident is currently under investigation.

At the accident scene, the car sustained damage to its front end, and the two motorcycles involved had broken rear ends and fairings. One motorcycle rider was transported for a health check.
