Around 10 p.m., a fire broke out in a two-story house comprising three adjacent sections, located in a residential area near Hoa Da market. The ground floor of the house, spanning over 200 square meters, was used to sell bicycles, electric vehicles, and motorcycle parts.

Just minutes later, the fire engulfed most of the store, with thick smoke billowing and accompanied by several loud explosions. Nearby residents who discovered the fire raised the alarm, attempted to extinguish it, and notified authorities.

More than 10 firefighters and fire trucks were dispatched to the scene. After about 20 minutes, firefighters largely brought the blaze under control. The fire caused no casualties but destroyed much property inside the store, with some vehicles burned down to their frames.

According to Phat, who lives near the scene, three people inside the house managed to escape when the fire broke out. The burning store was adjacent to a vacant lot, preventing the fire from spreading to neighboring homes.

Authorities are assessing the damage and investigating the cause.
