Immediately after the alert, the Hanoi City Fire Department dispatched 10 fire trucks from teams 1, 2, 3, 7, 14, 18, and 20 to the scene.

A leader from Dong Anh commune confirmed that the fire occurred in an area isolated from residential zones, with no casualties reported initially. Firefighting forces are currently working to extinguish the blaze.
