Hanoi is seeing a significant revitalization of its public parks, with several undergoing extensive renovations costing tens of billions of dong. These projects aim to upgrade facilities, enhance aesthetics, and create more inviting community spaces by adding greenery, improved lighting, and modern playgrounds.

From 2/2025, Cau Giay Park in Cau Giay ward received an investment of over 60 billion dong for renovations. By 10/2025, the repairs were completed, addressing dilapidated elements, and significantly improving the park's appearance. |

The fitness area was equipped with dozens of additional machines, meeting the exercise needs of residents of all ages. The children's playground was renovated with added features; a new lighting system was installed, combining grid power and solar energy.

Meanwhile, Thong Nhat Park (Hai Ba Trung ward), Hanoi's largest park spanning over 50 hectares, is undergoing multiple adjustments. Situated between Tran Nhan Tong, Le Duan, Dai Co Viet, and Nguyen Dinh Chieu streets, the park's gate on Nguyen Dinh Chieu street was repaired, and all lettering was replaced.

The path in front of the park's main gate is adorned with themed flowers and miniature landscapes, changing periodically. During the recent Christmas season, a large pine tree was erected as a focal point, attracting residents to visit and take photos.
The Hai Ba Trung Ward Investment and Infrastructure Project Management Board announced that the park will continue to renovate entrances, install decorative lighting at the main gate, and add surveillance cameras along the grounds. These items are expected to be completed before Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026.
