Hue to launch fireworks at three locations on Binh Ngo Lunar New Year's Eve

On Binh Ngo Lunar New Year's Eve, Hue City will host high-altitude fireworks at Ky Dai and low-altitude fireworks in Phong Dien ward and Chan May - Lang Co commune.

Hue City plans to launch 1,000 high-altitude fireworks shells in the Ky Dai - Ngo Mon area, Phu Xuan ward. At the same time, Phong Dien ward and Chan May - Lang Co commune will each host 40 racks of low-altitude fireworks.

The fireworks display will last 15 minutes, commencing at midnight. The city will raise funds from socialized sponsorships, ensuring no state budget is used. Beyond the pyrotechnics, Hue City also plans numerous cultural and artistic activities for residents to celebrate the spring and New Year.

The City Military Command will manage the fireworks deployment at all three locations. These sites offer flat terrain, providing convenient viewing for residents.

Hue City leaders stated the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year's Eve fireworks aim to fulfill residents' spiritual needs and celebrate the successful 14th Congress of the Party.
