On 16/5, the Khanh Hoa Traffic Police Department (CSGT) issued an administrative fine to a 51-year-old driver from Dong Nai for damaging railway traffic safety equipment.
Three days prior, on 13/5, the driver was operating a tractor-trailer with a TP HCM license plate on a road leading to a quarry in Cong Hai commune. Despite the red signal light being active at the railway crossing, the driver proceeded across the tracks, colliding with and damaging the automatic barrier arm before fleeing the scene.
