The cafe Noong Oi, now renamed Thien Canh Vien, in Hiep Binh ward, reopened on 17/8. This follows approximately six months of closure to remedy the damage from a fire in 2/2026.

According to the owner, the fire damaged many sections, necessitating a complete renovation of the space rather than a simple restoration. The new design embodies an East Asian ancient town style, predominantly featuring wood and tiled roofs. A more than 10 m tall waterfall in the center serves as a key feature, surrounded by various buildings, rock formations, scenic ponds, and interwoven pathways. Previously, the cafe adopted a "garden of Eden" theme, characterized by a wooden house with a Northwestern-style tiled roof and thousands of green trees.
The cafe originally opened in 10/2023, covering an area of approximately 2,000 m2. Before the fire, it welcomed an average of 200-300 customers daily, with numbers occasionally exceeding 1,000 on weekends and holidays. After two days of reopening, the owner reported daily customer numbers exceeding 700.
On Google, the cafe holds a rating of 4,5/5 from over 5,000 reviews. While many customers praise the ambiance, some note that it can get crowded and noisy during peak hours, and drink prices do not always match the quality.

The cafe operates from 7h to 23h, serving coffee, tea, fruit juices, and milk tea, with prices ranging from 50,000-70,000 VND per item. From 17h, the restaurant area offers Vietnamese dishes.
