The government will raise the base salary from 2,34 million VND to 2,53 million VND starting 1/7. This increase will adjust salaries for civil servants, public employees, and armed forces personnel.

Within the healthcare sector, senior doctors will see their monthly salaries adjusted from 15,7 million VND to 20,2 million VND, excluding allowances. This increase, ranging from 1,2 million VND to 1,5 million VND, represents the largest increment for healthcare public employees during this period.

Principal doctors will receive salaries between 11,1 million VND and 17,2 million VND per month. Other doctors will earn from 5,9 million VND to 12,6 million VND.

Public employees working as medical assistants will have monthly salaries ranging from 4,7 million VND to 10,3 million VND. Nurses' salaries will be between 4,2 million VND and 12,6 million VND.

In addition to these salaries, doctors are entitled to various allowances, including those for professional incentives, on-call duty, surgical procedures, hazardous work, and regional benefits.
